This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in the event of arrest of the petitioners/A.3 and A.4 in Cr.No.58 of 2017 of Chinnachowk U/G Police Station, YSR Kadapa District.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant along with her husband, children and her sister have been residing at upper portion of the house of the A.1 as tenants. That A.2 behaved improperly towards sister of the de facto complainant and she informed the same to A.1 about the acts of A.2, that the complainant intends to vacate the house and when he demanded the return of the advance amount of Rs.15,000/-, A.1 agreed to return the same. On 31.03.2017, when the complainant asked A.1 about advance amount, A.1 refused to return the same and stated that he will return the same whenever she vacate the house, and that A.2 came there and abused her, at that time, her sister came to the place. Then A.3 slapped the sister of the complainant, A.

2 came with knife and beat on the eyebrow and that when the sister of the complainant was sitting on the upstair portion, A.4 came there, kicked on her stomach and A.3 beat with cheppal, and that A.1 came on her back side and caught hold her by touching her private parts and A.2 slapped the sister of the complainant and A.3 bite the middle finger of her and caused bleeding injury.

4. This Court does not see any grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A.3 and A.4 in view of the nature of the allegations made against them.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
