THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6902 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A.5 seeks to quash the proceedings in crime No.55 of 2013 of the Central Crime Station Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 120-B and 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 28.06.2018 of Inspector of Police, WCO Team-VI, CCS, DD, Hyderabad City, and submitted that in this case, the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.206 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.55 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
