THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30870 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The complaint of the petitioner is that the respondent police have not been registering the FIR on his complaint dated 08.05.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), on receiving instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No. 239 of 2017 has been registered on 14.09.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and investigation has been taken up into the matter. She has also produced before this Court a copy of the FIR and the case diary which are taken on record.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
