These Civil Revision Petitions are filed aggrieved by the common order dated 02.11.2015 in E.P.Nos.249, 250 and 251 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at NTR Nagar, Hyderabad. Respondent No.2-M/ s. Supermax Personal Care Private Limited is the appellant herein. 2.

Both parties in the three Civil Revision Petitions filed applications seeking permission to compromise, by appending to it supporting affidavit and memorandum of consent terms executed on Rs.100/ - stamp papers i.e., stamp papers two in number each Rs.50/ - and in all with five pages typed material duly signed by them, of said consent terms of the compromise, to allow and record the same. 3.

The contents of the memorandum of the consent terms of compromise are read over and explained to both the parties, who admitted that the terms of the compromise they with the consensus arrived at and are bound by it.

Having regard to the above and on hearing both parties and also the respective counsel, all the three Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the compromise. The memorandum of consent terms of compromise is appended as part of this order. No order as to costs.
