THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.4812 OF 2014 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Despite time being granted on 19.01.2015, no steps have been taken for amending the cause title for impleading necessary parties. As the petitioners are located in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and neither of the two States is before us, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of our order dated 19.01.2015 wherein it had been specified that failure to take steps for amendment of the cause title would entail dismissal of the writ petition.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
