THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11468 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submits that the respondent-authorities called for objections for the purpose of modification of zonal plan and for laying the Inner Ring Road. The material available on record discloses that the petitioner herein submitted objections on 15.03.2018 and the same are pending consideration.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-authorities to consider the objections, dated 15.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
