This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent in not restraining the illegal/Unauthorised constructions and further not taking any action against the illegal/Unauthorised constructions already made in Sy.No.403 part-I to an extent of Ac.4.88 cents situated near RTC Bus Stand, Penukond Road, Hindupur Town, Anantapur District as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

The petitioner did not make the person who made the alleged illegal construction in the subject land, as party to the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as non prosecution.
