This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the representation dated 29-12-2016 made by the petitioner for correction of entries and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of land in Sy.No.1396 admeasuring Ac.1-63 cents and in Sy.No.1356/4 admeasuring Ac.0-30 cents in Poli Village, Kuppavaripalle, Rajampet Mandal, Kadapa District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the application made by the petitioner is not in Form VI-A and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file application in Form VI-A along with relevant documents. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in Form VI-A as per rules along with necessary documents.

On such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
