Heard.
The petitioner states that she is shown as an accused in Cr.No.85 of 2015 on the file of the 5th respondent Police Station. The petitioner states that she was already interrogated by the police. The petitioner also states that the police are pressurizing her and her family members to confess about theft of ornaments, though they have no information.
On a reading of the affidavit itself, it is evident that the petitioner is shown as an accused in the aforesaid crime and she is bound to cooperate with the investigation. The petitioner, therefore, is advised to approach the Investigating officer and co-operate with the investigation. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
