HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4090 of 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A-13 seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.306 of 2013 on the file of XIV Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered against him for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 447, 448. 353, 188 read with Section 149 IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Amendment Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would not insist for quashment of the Proceedings, but make a request to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner/ A-13 before the trial court, on the ground that the petitioner is a practicing advocate and his appearance in the court for every adjournment would jeopardize his profession. 3.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, while dismissing the petition, the appearance of the petitioner/ A-13 in CC No.306 of 2013 on the file of XIV Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires his presence.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
