Sudheer, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with the proper prayer. Therefore, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty, as prayed for filing of a fresh petition, is hereby granted. There shall be no order as to costs.
