The petitioner is seeking death benefits of her husband and also seeking suitable compassionate appointment in the respondent-organization, which is the Central Government Department. The petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, since it is the service matter pertains to a Central Government Employee.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
