This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.303 of 2016 in O.S.No.198 of 2003 on the file of IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. As per the office note, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 18.11.2016.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
