This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order, dated 09-10-2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.33337 of 2015.

Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education says that the order in the writ petition has been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
