THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2167 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be concluded to its logical end. However, the Police of Aswaraopeta Police Station, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
