HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5263 of 2010 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not appointing the present Board of Trustees as Development Committee for the due completion of on going Development Activities, to perform Jathara and Kumbabhisekham and administer the affairs of the 3rd respondent temple.
This Court while admitting the writ petition on 08.03.2010 granted interim direction as prayed for in W.P.M.P.No.6776 of 2010, for a period of three weeks or till a new Board of Trustees is constituted under Section 15 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, whichever is earlier.
Now, Sri Ambati Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent Temple submits that as per the interim order dated 08.03.2010, Trust Board was constituted. In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent Temple, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
