THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11620 OF 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the decision of the Tahsildar, dated 17.03.2018, in rejecting the request of the petitioner for mutation and issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds in his favour is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.

Against the decision of the Tahsildar, the remedy of the petitioner is to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, under Section 4A-(1) of the Act, 1971. Without availing said remedy of appeal, this writ petition is filed. 3.

As the petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy of appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Miscellaneous petition pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence. No order as to costs.
