HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 45341 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue and, with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The inaction of the third respondent, in considering the claim of the petitioners for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area) would submit that the application filed by the petitioners is not in the format prescribed and, if form VI-A application is filed by the petitioners, the third respondent would consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass orders thereupon at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall submit an application in form VI-A, in which event, the third respondent shall consider the same, and pass orders thereupon, in accordance with law at the earliest.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs. ________________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Dt: 26.12.2016 usd
