In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, filed by the petitioners, apart from other grievance, the main grievance of the writ petitioners is in regard to non-filing of the charge sheet/final report after duly completing investigation into the case in Crime No.1132 of 2015 registered on 08.12.2015 on the file of Hayathnagar Police Station, Hayathnagar. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Shaik Jilani, learned counsel for the petitioners, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. I have perused the material record.

3.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if a direction is given to expedite the investigation into the aforestated crime and file a final report, either way, the grievance of the writ petitioners will be redressed. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home endorses the same. 5.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Hayathnagar Police Station, Hayathnagar/4th respondent to expedite the investigation into the aforestated crime and file a final report, either way, as expeditiously as possible, however, by following the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
