Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 2 to 4.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue that the petitioner filed Second Appeal under section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and same is pending before the 1st respondent.

Since it is stated that the statutory Second Appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
