THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1129 of 2015 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet has been filed. Learned counsel for petitioners made an endorsement on the petition seeking to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh case challenging the charge sheet.

Permission is accorded and liberty is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
