In spite of order, dated 13.02.2014, no proof of service is filed as regards the first respondent.

The petitioners seek transfer of C.C.No.121 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City, to the Court of VI Additional Chief Metropolian Magistrate, City Criminal Courts at Nampally, Hyderabad.

The matter relates to commercial transactions and different complainants are from the area where the complaints arose leading to the registration of FIR. Under such circumstances, no ground exists for transfer of the case.

In the result, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
