Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 13.12.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant-Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 13.12.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award dated 05.08.2011 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Anantapur, to the credit of O.P. No.658 of 2008 within a period of one month from today. The amount already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts as per the award dated 05.08.2011.
