With the consent of the counsel appearing on both sides, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3451 of 2019 dated 15.03.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the counsel for petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector to consider the legal notice got issued by the petitioners on 16.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
