THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.1095 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.135 of 2000, dated 16-12-2002 and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and capricious.

2. This writ petition against the contesting respondent was dismissed for default on 29-12-2010. When the matter is dismissed against the contesting respondent, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition and no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
