ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the action of the Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, in not disposing of the petition filed by petitioners under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC in O.S.No.10044 of 2013 for grant of ad ex parte interim injunction, due to Samaikyandhra agitation.

As on today, Samaikyandhra agitation was over and therefore, the Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, is directed to dispose of the petition, if any, pending in the aforesaid suit, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
