2. Petitioner, who is the wife of deceased fair price shop dealer, states that her husband was a fair price shop dealer for shop No.4 at Rentachintala Village & Mandal for over 24 years and had valid authorization till 31.03.2016. However, on certain allegations the authorization of the petitioner's licence was suspended pending enquiry on 25.07.2014 and respondent No.3 issued show cause notice under Section 6B of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
3. Petitioner's husband appears to have submitted representation on 12.08.2014. However, he died later on 13.01.2015 leaving behind the petitioner, his daughters and son. Petitioner made a request for consideration of her case on compassionate ground by filing a representation before respondent No.2 on 25.01.2015.
4. Apparently, the case of the petitioner deserves to be considered in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 26.04.2011.
5. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider petitioner's case for compassionate appointment in accordance with the G.O., aforesaid, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
