After making submissions for some time, Sri T. Vijay Hanuman Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies including filing of a fresh Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded.
