SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5572 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.128 of 2012 on the file of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC, against the petitioner/A15.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the charge sheet was filed and the case is pending for trial and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
