The case of the petitioner is that he filed application dated 01-08-2016 for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed to an extent of land Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.145 and Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.147 of Siddavaram Village, Pamuru Mandal, Prakasham District and the same was rejected without assigning any reasons on 10-09-2016. Aggrieved by same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the impugned order of rejection is set aside and the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner, dated 01-08-2016 afresh in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
