This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To declare the action of respondents 4 and 5 in summoning the petitioner and her husband to the Police Station frequently and interfering into the civil disputes of the petitioner by harassing the petitioner's family members to settle the civil dispute vide OS.No. 134 of 2014 on the file of I-Additional District Judge, Nellore in the Police Station and insisting the petitioner's husband to bring the documents like 'will' and other relevant documents of the suit scheduled property to the police station without following the due process of law is arbitrary, bad and illegal and in violation of the right of personal liberty guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and

consequently to direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere with the petitioner's personal liberty and day-to-day life in the interest of justice and to pass such other suitable orders as this court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2 . Heard Smt. Y.L. Shivakalpana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

3. A counter-affidavit of the Inspector of Police, V-Town Police Station, Nellore has been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. In the said counter-affidavit in paragraph No.3 it is stated as follows: "It is respectfully submitted that the contention of the petitioner that the respondents 4 and 5 harassed, interfered with the civil dispute in OS.No.134 of 2014 on the file of Hon'ble I-Additional District Judge, Nellore and also interfered with the life, liberty and insisted the petitioner and her family members to settle the dispute is false, hence denied."

4 . While referring to the above said paragraph in the counter-affidavit, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition can be disposed of by recording the said averments in the counter-affidavit in paragraph No.3.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed by recording the paragraph No.3 of the counter-affidavit filed by the Inspector of Police, V-Town Police Station, Nellore city. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
