Today, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting her case.

2. The Criminal Revision Case, is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
