Sri C.Phani Somayaji, learned junior counsel appears and states that he addressed a letter to the appellant, but the same was returned as the person is not residing in that address. Learned junior counsel also submits that he has no further instructions in the matter.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
