This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.834 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge Court, Narsapur, West Godavari District. 2.

At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that the petition may be allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narsapur, may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the transfer C.M.P. is allowed. F.C.O.P.No.834 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transferred to Senior Civil Judge Court, Narsapur, West godavari District, for disposal in accordance with law. The learned Senior Civil Judge, Narsapur, is hereby directed to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.834 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
