THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G. ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL APPEAL No.743 of 2019 JUDGMENT :

Basing on the letter dated 09.02.2023 addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". The said letter discloses that on 06.02.2023 party/appellant instructed the counsel to withdraw the present appeal as they entered into compromise before the Lok Adalat and intend to withdraw the appeal. Therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the criminal appeal.

In view of the above, this criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
