Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he is owner of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.3.20 guntas of land in Survey No. 208/1, Zaheerabad mandal, Sangareddy district and pattadar pass book and subsequently digital passbook was issued to him by Revenue authorities. He alleges that some unknown persons removed the boundary stones and as it is difficult to fix the boundaries, he submitted F-Line application to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land, which was acknowledged by TSTS Online on 7.2.2019. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.
Since petitioner claims to have sought for conducting of survey and application has been made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, 3rd respondent is directed to process the application submitted by the petitioner to conduct the survey by following due process of law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
