Jyothi Stone And Earth Workers, v. The District Collector, R.R.District,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.556 of 2006 ORDER:
Heard learned Government Pleader for revenue and perused the records.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed declaring the action of the second respondent in trying to demolish the petitioner Society workers' rooms, office and store room situated in Survey No.191/A, Nizampet Village, Qutubullahpur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, despite the petitioner having valid lease, for a period of ten years i.e., from 22.08.1998 to 21.08.2008, as illegal and arbitrary.
On 06.01.2006, this Court issued rule nisi and notice returnable in four weeks and in W.P.M.P.No.679 of 2006, notice was ordered to be served. Hence, it appears that no interim orders are passed in favour of the petitioner. Since the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the workers' room, office and store room, which was given to them on lease for a period of ten years from 22.08.1998 to 21.08.2008, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition, at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,
shall stand closed.
