THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.45 OF 2017 ORDER:

At the time when the mater is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that even prior to filing of the writ petition, the appeal was disposed of vide proceedings No.F1/6578/2015, dated 21.03.2016. He also placed on record a copy of the proceedings.

That being the position, it cannot be said that there was any violation of the order.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies, if any, available under law.
