Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5 submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order before the Commissioner. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of keeping it open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order before the Commissioner. No order as to costs.
