HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner filed O.A.No.526 of 2013 claiming that he is not considered for promotion (appointment by transfer) to the post of Junior Assistant though vacancies are available in the panel year 2010-11. The Administrative Tribunal passed interim orders directing consideration of the claim of petitioner. As a consequent to the interim orders, on 05.03.2013 the Superintending Engineer, I&CADD, I&QC Circle, K.C.Colony, Hanamkonda, passed speaking order informing the petitioner that there are 10 more seniors to him and are yet to be considered for promotion and that there are no vacancies from the category of Record Assistant / Office Subordinate and his request can be considered for promotion at the appropriate time.

Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the reply furnished to him.

Having regard to the same, no further orders are required. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
