THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.2693 of 2018 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the inaction of the Court in numbering I.A.No.______/2017 (CF.No.4082/2017) and at the same time EP is proceeded with.

The grievance of petitioner is, two applications are filed, one is to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the ex-parte decree and another to set aside the exparte decree. These applications are filed on 28.07.2017 and they are not numbered as on date.

The trial Court is directed to number both the applications filed by petitioner, forthwith, if they are otherwise in order.

Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
