HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20443 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioners have attained the age of superannuation and the petitioners are challenging the action of the respondent in not considering their cases to the post of Junior Scale Officers and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 5-11-2004, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.6.2004 and pass appropriate orders. 2.

This Court, having considered the above said issue, is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary. Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 3.
