This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30270 of 2017 on 08.09.2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. Learned Standing Counsel produced written instructions stating that by mistake deductions were made from the petitioner's salary for two months by the lower staff and same is rectified by issuing proceedings dated 11.06.2018. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
