Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that her mother was owner of land to an extent of Ac. 0.24 guntas in Survey No. 595/A1, Narketpally village and mandal, Nalgonda district. That after death of her mother, the property was partitioned and as per the family settlement, petitioner got Ac.0.09 guntas of land re-assigned as Survey No. 595/A1/1. As there was no proper demarcation, petitioner submitted F-Line application to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land, which was acknowledged by TSTS Limited on 22.4.2019. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.
Since petitioner claims to have sought for conducting of survey and application has been made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, 4th respondent is directed to process the application submitted by the petitioner to conduct the survey by following due process of law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
