When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition, but, however, states no orders are passed as on today in the Execution Petition by the court below. 2.

Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, but the Commercial Court Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad shall dispose of C.E.P.No. 12 of 2018 in F.A.O.No. 10525 of 2014, as early as possible. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, stand closed.
