HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6496 of 2011 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in passing the prohibitory order dated 25.02.2011 prohibiting and restraining the petitioners to operate its account No.35854941 with the 3rd respondent-bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same may be closed.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
