THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.527 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed, by the plaintiff, under Section 100 of C.P.C., assailing the judgment and decree dated 19.04.2000 passed in A.S.No.69 of 1996 on the file of III Member, Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings-cum-VIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 8 is present. No representation on behalf of the appellant on 14.11.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
