The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 08.02.1016 in I.A.No.31 of 2016 in O.S.No.2881 of 2015 passed by the IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the petition filed under Rule 32 of the Civil Rules of Practice to permit Mohammed Zakir Ahmed to defend the suit on behalf of the defendant, was was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original suit itself was disposed of on 13.04.2016, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
