HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37753 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the legal notices dated 25.11.2011 and 17.10.2012 got issued by the petitioner in respect of lease hold rights to rear fish in the tank called Peddachakirevugunta of Kuppanapudi Grampanchayat, Akividu Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lease hold rights for which the petitioner is claiming has already expired, as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
