THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.620 of 2017 ORDER:

Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent explaining the delay in implementing the order dt.20-11-2015 in the Writ Petition.

Having regard to the same, I do not think it is desirable to punish the respondent contempt.

Therefore the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
